1.pre heated oven to 220'C electric setting.
2.Cook in the hottest part of the oven for 10-12minutes,until crisp.
To deep fry:
Fry in hot oil 180'C for 5-6 minutes depending on thickness of fish,turning occasionally until crisp.Drain and serve.

Fry gently in a little pre-heated oil over a low heat for 5-6 minutes depending on thickness of fish,turning frequently,until crisp.Drain and serve.
