A long family history with the Powerscourt estate has given one Wicklow woman a passion for the produce of the county

You could travel the entire length and breadth of Wicklow, chatting to every resident, and still struggle to find anyone with as much love and pride for their home county as Santina Kennedy.

Through her roles as food and beverage specialist at the Powerscourt Distillery, and coordinator at Wicklow Naturally, the county’s food and drink network, she has been a driving force when it comes to putting Wicklow on the global epicurean map.
