Canned pork is a staple at many food pantries throughout Racine County. This week, UW-Extension of Racine County shares, Roasted Poblano and Shredded Pork Cabbage Rolls, a recipe that utilizes canned foods, which are readily available in food pantries. This takes combines canned food with fresh foods like cabbage and roasted peppers to provide a creative way to make dinner.

Roasted Poblano and Shredded Pork Cabbage Rolls can be made with less than 10 ingredients and in approximately one hour and 30 minutes. In addition to this recipe, UW-Extension previously shared their Canned pulled pork recipe which also makes great use of canned pork.
