Upland’s Foothill Family Shelter seeks food donations – Daily Bulletin

Foothill Family Shelter, a nonprofit organization in Upland that provides temporary and transitional housing for families, has announced that its food pantry urgently needs donations.

The organization accepts any non-perishable foods, but the items most urgently needed now include canned vegetables, pasta and boxed dinners, pasta sauces, instant oatmeal, instant and canned soups, canned fruit, canned proteins (chicken, tuna, etc.), instant mashed potatoes and canned chili, according to a news release.

Foothill Family Shelter also accepts donations of diapers, wipes and hygiene products.

Donations may be dropped off at the organization’s office at 1501 W. Ninth St., Suite D, Upland, between 9 a.m. and noon and 1-5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
